Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

We at Frost & Frost Trading strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of automotive parts and accessories, refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be accepted if all the following conditions are met:

  1. Request is made within 7 days (or specify your period, e.g. 14 days) from the date you receive the item.
  2. The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and documentation (manuals, warranty cards, etc.).
  3. Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is provided.
  4. The item is not a custom-made, modified, or special order part (unless otherwise agreed).
  5. The item is not a consumable item (e.g. small fasteners, gaskets, fluids) — these are non-refundable.
  6. The return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item shipped).

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items that have been installed, used, or have visible wear
  • Custom-fabricated or altered items that were made according to customer specifications
  • Consumables such as fluids, filters, seals, gaskets, etc.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or similar
  • Shipping, handling, and insurance fees (unless we made an error)

4. How to Request a Refund / Return

  1. Contact us via email at [[email protected]] or via our customer service number (e.g. +6011- 6214 0798) within the refund eligibility period, stating:
    • Order number
    • Item name(s) and SKU(s)
    • Reason for refund / return
    • Photos of the product (to show its condition)
  2. Await our approval and return instructions.
  3. Once approved, the customer must send back the item to the address we provide, in the original condition and packaging, within 7 days of approval.
  4. You may use a trackable shipping method. Keep proof of shipping.

5. Inspection & Approval

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets all conditions above, your refund will be processed. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject the refund or to offer a partial refund.

6. Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after we approve the refund and receive the returned item.
  • Please note that your banking institution may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Exchanges / Replacements

If the item is defective, or we shipped the wrong item, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. We will cover shipping costs in such cases.

8. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee

  • For returns due to buyer’s change of mind, the customer pays return shipping costs.
  • We may withhold or deduct a restocking fee (e.g. 10 % of the product price) if the item is returned in less-than-perfect condition (packaging damaged, parts missing, etc.).
  • For returns due to our error (defective item, wrong shipment), we cover shipping both ways.

9. Warranty & Manufacturer Returns

Some items may come with their own manufacturer warranty or return policies. If so, the customer should follow those terms. We may assist in liaising with the manufacturer, but that does not override our policy here.

10. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you cancel the order before we ship it, we will issue a full refund (excluding any payment gateway fees, if applicable). Once the item is shipped, the standard return policy applies.
