Wild Grouper Steak Cut

Description

Freshly caught wild grouper are sent to our supplier within 1 to 2 days after it is caught. The fishes are then descaled, gutted and sliced to fillets by West Coast’s profesionally trained staff.

After the fishes have been portioned, they are flash frozen using their flash freezer to ensure the fish is frozen in the fastest possible time to maintain the freshness of the fish.

When the portioned fishes are frozen, they are immediately vacuum packed using a vacuum packing machine to ensure that it is not exposed to air and bacteria and stored in the freezer until delivery.

The advertised weight is net weight.
